dog walker + pet sitter emphasizing adventure and behavior training

Many dog walkers and pet sitters don't know proper leash skills or door etiquette, often punishing animals for conditioned behaviors, which is counterproductive to forming good habits.

As an intern in behavior training with Jenn Kyzer of Kyzer Dog, I patiently engage your pets and reinforce good behavior through focused, continued learning.

CPR/AED & Wilderness First Aid certified

I grew up with rescued dogs and cats and have taken care of animals since a young age. I have both long- and short-term dog sitting experience and have fostered pets recovering from illness + injury and those in need of socializing. I used to volunteer at the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA.

I give both young, energetic and sweet elderly dogs the unique care they need. If your pup needs to get energy out, I'll take him on a long hike or run, or we'll play fetch in the park. If your pooch is a bit slower and just needs to stretch her legs in the yard, that's fine, too.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to meet the amazing pets in my community. I can't wait to give your furry family members some love, attention, and tailored lessons while you're away.

Dog Walking

I'll walk with your dog to the park, through the neighborhood, or to the river, working on leash etiquette, heeling, waiting, and focus.

Pet Sitting

I'll stay overnight in your home, where your pets are most comfortable, working on separation anxiety and leash, mealtime, and door manners.

Drop-In Visits

I'll stop by to give your dog or cat some TLC while you're away, including brushing, feeding, potty + playtime, and lots of cuddles.
